How does it work?
Ideally, you should Tweet your weekly exercise goals on Friday, but I know this week we’re getting a late start! 
On Saturday, you will then Tweet if you made your goal for the previous week. You can simply Tweet FAIL or FTW (for the win) to #TeamLazyWriters.
I suggest splitting goals and reports into two days to help with confusion, but it’s not required.
So, let’s recap. You’re lazy. So am I. We need to exercise. We’re all going to make our own goals and Tweet them on Fridays if possible. We will also Tweet a report on Saturdays saying whether or not we FAIL or FTW!
But there is a catch. A couple of them, actually.
You have to stay supportive. Jokes are cool. Being mean is not.
AND if you are forced to Tweet FAIL on Saturday, you must change your Twitter profile pic to this for 24 hours:

If you are able to Tweet FTW and you’re a woman, feel free to put this pic up for a day…
Are you a man? I didn’t forget you…
